Wilhelm Reich Museum for purchase of books by Reich and a new video
about Reich and his work.
We also advise readers that many of Reich's original works have been
changed after his death by re-translations and editing of previously published
works. This was done apparently by the trustee of the "WRITF"
(Reich's legacy from his directives in his last will) to save money, stop
royalty payments to translators family, decrease royalty payments to his
children, and for other unknown reasons. Wilhelm Reich clearly stated in
his "will" the following for the trustee to never do. "I
hereby direct that under no circumstances and under no pretext whatsoever
shall any of the documents, manuscripts or diaries, found in my library
among the archives or anywhere else be altered, omitted, destroyed, added
to or falsified in any other imaginable way. The tendency of man, born
from fear, to "get along with his fellow man at any price, and to
hide unpleasant matters is overpoweringly strong..... "

When looking for a book to read of Reich's,
be sure to seek a copy of his work that was translated by Wolfe or one
that was originally written by Reich himself in English.
