Hans Hasenjäger's papers titled "How far draws your CB" and "Radiesthetic Studies on Orgone Generators" refer to dowsing of Orgone. Some readers might want to better understand how dowsing works. Dipl.-Ing. Reinhold Klaus, aged 80 years, professor in electronics, honour member of the Austrian Society for Radiesthesie and Geobiologie, known for his work in archeological dowsing, mailed some lines to Hans Hasenjäger and agreed for publication in Internet.

With the experience of many years working as an electronics-engineer and as a dowser too, I have found my own personal insight concerning the effects of dowsing. Perhaps others may have the same or different, - I respect other opinions and I am not so bold to say, that mine is the absolute true reality - but this is the best I could find and I shall change it, if I have found a better one.
In my opinion dowsing means art and not science ! If we are searching for an explianation of the dowsing effects, we have to seek in the world of Parapsychology and not in Physics, because - from my knowledge - dowsing belongs to the area of perception and not to the area of the usual physics. If we are seeking in usual physics, we might not find anything, - but this does not proof that nothing exists there.

Electricity, magnetism, gravity, are forces of nature and have energy. They can be used to carry information, but are not information. Information is independent of energy !
By dowsing we have an entrance to the field of information, independent of energy, distance or time. There is no other way for me to explain the working of dowsing, scan dowsing, map dowsing, search of lost property and many other forms of dowsing. We have many different expressions for this effect that are different in other cultures and languages, but always in the same meaning : Own intuition, personal imagination, answers from the subconsciousness, from the Higher or Lower Self, from the Inner Child, the Universal Memory, the thought Walker .... always the same meaning, but in other words. ............
The motion of a pendulum or rod is the answer of our body to the information we have received into our mind. .......
